Cookie Policy

The short version: ascendglow.app and the web app at app.ascendglow.app set no cookies, and run no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. The only outside analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics (below), which sets no cookies either. The browser storage described below stays on your device. We don't use it to follow you across other sites.

What we keep in your browser

Needed for the service (no consent needed)

• Your app data (app.ascendglow.app, local storage): your quiz answers, plan, progress, ratings, scans and photos, settings, and whether you've unlocked the Full Report or Founder Pass. The app stores them on your phone instead of on our servers. Delete them any time with "Delete all my data" in the app.
• Your cookie choice (ag.consent): remembers whether you said yes or no below, so we don't ask again.

Anonymous visit counts (you can say no)

• Step flags (ag.step.*, ag.src, ag.notrack, and ref in session storage): we count how many people reach each step (for example visited the site, opened the camera, got rated), and what kind of place they came from (Instagram, TikTok, an ad, direct). These flags make sure your browser is counted once per step. Our server only adds 1 to that day's total. It gets no ID, no IP address in the count, and nothing about you. The session-storage ref is cleared when you close the tab.

If you're in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland (we tell by your device's time zone), nothing is counted until you tap Allow. Everywhere else the counts are on, and you can turn them off at any time.

Third parties

• Stripe. When you buy the Full Report or Founder Pass, you pay on Stripe's own checkout page (stripe.com), which uses its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Face and body models. The web app downloads Google's MediaPipe models from jsDelivr and Google's servers when you scan, like any file download (they see your IP address, but no photo or data from you). They set no cookies through us.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, adds a small script that measures page loads and visit counts. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser and doesn't fingerprint you or follow you to other sites. Cloudflare sees your IP address to deliver it, as with every page request.
• Fonts are served by us, not by Google.
• Instagram and TikTok links take you to those sites, which have their own cookie policies.

Your choices

• Tap Cookie choices (also in the footer of every page) to allow or stop the anonymous counts. Saying no also deletes the step flags already saved.
• Clearing this site's data in your browser removes everything above. In the web app, that also deletes your plan and scans.
