Refund Policy

This page explains how to get your money back for each thing we sell. It's part of our Terms. Any refund rights the law gives you where you live still apply, on top of this policy.
Full Report ($4.99, one time, on our website)
- Email us within 14 days of buying, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Founder Pass ($19.99, one time, on our website)
- Before the iPhone app launches: a full refund any time. Just email us from the address you paid with.
- If the iPhone app isn't on the App Store by March 1, 2027, we refund every Founder Pass in full automatically. You don't need to ask.
- After launch: email us within 14 days of the launch date for a full refund.
Final Form Lifetime ($199, one time, on our website)
- Before the iPhone app launches: a full refund any time. Email us from the address you paid with.
- If the iPhone app isn't on the App Store by March 1, 2027, we refund every Final Form purchase in full automatically.
- After launch: email us within 14 days of the launch date for a full refund.
App subscriptions (App Store or Google Play)
- Subscriptions and free trials bought in the app are charged by Apple or Google, and only they can refund them. For Apple, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, in your Play Store order history.
- Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, and you won't be charged.
How to ask for a refund
- Email ascendglow.app@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and include your Stripe receipt if you have it.
- We refund to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- When a refund goes through, the unlocks for that purchase end.
EU, EEA and UK customers
The Full Report, Founder Pass and Final Form unlocks are digital content delivered right away. By buying, you ask us to deliver them immediately, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. We still give you the refund windows above.
